Habitable Zone District Nine (with the City part being referred to as 'The District' and the parts outside of the Uprising Wall 'the Zone') is run by Guilds which control major resources and each Guild is ran by a leader generically called ‘a boss’ however, some choose a different title. Water (H), Hydrogen (Hyers), Fossil Fuels (Oilers), Food Distribution (FD), and Equipment (EQ) make up the Big 5. It is believed that each leader of the 5 answers to no one but themselves and have extensive forces of their own to control their holdings.
